The Art of Saying it Right

Training Course

14-21 May 2026 | Nea Makri, Greece

ASR aims to strengthen communication and reflection skills, help youth workers create safe and inclusive learning spaces, promote responsible and critical use of AI, and support emotional well-being to prevent burnout.

The Art of Saying it Right (ASR) was created to respond to real challenges faced by youth organisations across Europe. ASR aims to strengthen communication and reflection skills, help youth workers create safe and inclusive learning spaces, promote responsible and critical use of AI, and support emotional well-being to prevent burnout.

The project focused on developing active listening, empathetic communication, constructive feedback, and designing inclusive educational activities that encourage diversity, social responsibility, and open dialogue.

Main Objectives:
1. Increase understanding of the importance of reflection and feedback in youth work in young organisations and new youth workers.
2. Develop active listening and empathetic communication skills, essential for working with young people with diverse needs.
3. Provide AI-based methods to enhance inclusive non-formal education and critical thinking, while avoiding over-reliance on technology.
4. Enhance participants' confidence in designing and implementing inclusive educational activities that promote inclusion, social responsibility and understanding.
