Training Course

4-10 November 2026 | Trento, Italy

Youth Workers Exchange - Training Course to promote learning, skills and competence development and recognition through youth work, volunteering, and non-formal learning, focusing on storytelling methodologies.

The project aims to be an opportunity for youth workers from different parts of Europe to meet and compare methods and tools of innovative storytelling.

Throughout the week we will discover new ideas together to guide young people build their own identity, boost their self-confidence and empower them in creating healthy social relationships.

The objective of this Youth worker exchange project is therefore to offer youth workers from all over Europe the opportunity to share best practices on creative storytelling as well as doing workshops on human library, active listening and positive communication.

InCo - Interculturality & Communication is a non-profit association in Trento whose aim is to create opportunities for people of different cultures to meet in order to increase intercultural sensitivity and international solidarity among young people, to encourage their active participation in society, but also to offer concrete opportunities for non-formal learning, personal and professional development. InCo organizes and manages various international mobility projects for young people and youth workers.

Participation fee

None

Accommodation and food

Board, lodging, local transportation and programme implementation costs will be covered upon full participation in the event. 

Travel reimbursement

Travel costs will be reimbursed based on the actual costs, not exceeding the lump sums based on the travel distances, in Euro:

10-99 km - 28 / green travel - 56 

100-499 km - 211/ green travel - 285

500-1999 km - 309/ green travel 417

2000-2999 km - 395/ green travel 535

 

Only justified costs will be eligible for reimbursement.  If travel costs exceed the lump sums, the remaining costs shall be covered by the participant or their sending organisation.

Participants may opt for the “green travel” options, which come with a slightly higher travel budget. Please contact the organiser for more information about eligible green travel options.

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
