Social Impact 3.0 Hondarribia 2023

With this Training Course, we will enable youth workers to better support young people to turn their ideas into reality. Social entrepreneurship, CSR, successful case studies in local communities, community needs, SWOT analysis, marketing strategies, management, launching, exchange of local examples and experiences are some of the focuses of this TC.

Another important emphasis will be put on how to popularize new social entrepreneurship enterprises in less developed areas and how to successfully mentor young people through methodology and exchange of experiences of youth workers throughout this project.

Objectives:

• To improve the knowledge and practical skills of young workers on social entrepreneurship (through practical examples, business workshops, training workshops)
• To provide young workers with a vision of entrepreneurship based on personal experience.
• To develop the experience and capacities of the partners in this field at the same time with the activities carried out.
• As the coordinating organisation, to support our know-how in this field with the processes we feed on.

Our main aims are: developing social entrepreneurship, CSR, sharing successful case studies in local communities, analysing community needs, SWOT analysis, marketing strategies, management, launch, exchange of examples and transfer of local experiences. also dissemination strategies of new entrepreneurs, metadological guidance.

Participants.
+18 Years old. Have a clead objective to involve into social entrepreneurship world. Should be youth worker/Youth leader and proven sense of responsibility. Participants coming for tourism or to visit the country are not welcomed. Full participation to the project is required.
