Partnership-building Activity

Youth workers across Europe are facing increasingly complex challenges: anxiety, risky behaviours, addictions, family tensions, digital overload and social isolation among young people. At the same time, families, schools, youth organisations and community services often respond separately.
Mosquitos Resilientes will create a space where professionals and organisations can meet, exchange practices and build long-term cooperation around youth mental health and community wellbeing.

Group composition
The complete activity will involve approximately 26 people, including 23 participants and 3 trainers or team members.
The selection will seek to create a balanced and diverse group regarding gender, geographical representation, professional backgrounds and levels of Erasmus+ experience.
Each organisation may nominate up to two participants, subject to the available places and final confirmation by the coordinating organisation.

Preparation
Before the activity, selected participants will work with their organisation or national group to reflect on their local context, identify relevant good practices and consider possible ideas for future Erasmus+ cooperation.
Detailed guidance will be provided after selection. No formal workshop or extensive presentation needs to be prepared at the application stage.

The programme will be based on non-formal and experiential learning, including:
Participants will work in mixed international teams and will be expected to contribute actively throughout the programme.
Team
Javi – Main Trainer
Javi is a non-formal education trainer, EcoTrainer and Waldorf pedagogy teacher with more than 20 years of experience. He specialises in creative learning, educational games, communication, immersive methodologies and the development of international youth projects.
José Manuel – Support and Logistics
José Manuel supports the coordination of the activity, participant communication, travel management and practical arrangements, helping to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for the group.
Hosting organisation
Asociación Albores is a Spanish non-profit organisation working in social, educational, psychological and community intervention with young people, families and people in vulnerable situations.
Based in the Region of Murcia, Albores develops specialised and innovative programmes and works with multidisciplinary teams in cooperation with educational, social, healthcare and public institutions.
Accommodation and food
Accommodation and meals during the activity will be organised and covered by the project.
Participants will normally stay in shared rooms, max. 3 per room. Dietary, accessibility, health-related or other justified participation needs should be communicated through the application form.
Bed linen, one bath towel and the materials required for the activities will be provided.
There is no participation fee.
Travel and reimbursement
Travel options will be reviewed individually with selected participants.
Participants must not purchase any flight or travel ticket before receiving explicit written approval from Asociación Albores.
Tickets purchased without prior confirmation may not be eligible for reimbursement.
Travel costs will be reimbursed after the mobility, once the required documents have been submitted and checked. The maximum reimbursable amount will be determined by the applicable Erasmus+ distance band.
Participants must retain all relevant documentation, including tickets, invoices, boarding passes and proof of payment.
Murcia will be the main operational arrival point. Flights to Murcia Airport may be considered, although Alicante Airport often offers more connections and has a direct bus connection to Murcia. Detailed travel instructions will be provided after selection.
