Training Course
2-6 June 2026 | Lithuania
We invite youth workers to explore the learning potential of youth work and strengthen its quality by practising tools that support young people in reflecting on, recognising and expressing what they learn.
As youth workers, we know that youth work is full of learning and contributes greatly to young people’s personal development. Yet we sometimes lack the competences or confidence to intentionally support young people in reflecting on their learning. At the same time, the ability to facilitate learning is not only beneficial for young people - it is also a key element of quality youth work.
So how can we help young people identify and express what they have learned in ways that can truly benefit them? How can this learning become visible to young people themselves and to others?
