First of all, during the training there will be a “training block” for developing communicational skills aimed specifically at: - Training youth leaders and youth workers how to easily get in touch with people, behave confidently, speak correctly, negotiate efficiently, and arrange co-operation. - Developing in youth leaders and youth workers a feeling of self-confidence. - Developing in youth leaders and youth workers communicational skills. - Developing in youth leaders and youth workers leader’s skills. - Training youth leaders and youth workers how to control emotions, work with your personality, and build a relationship with other people. Secondly, there will be a “training block” for building warm relationship within a team, aimed specifically at: - Forming in youth leaders and youth workers skills and abilities for effective teamwork co-ordination. - Reaching team unity and cohesion, strengthening motivation for mutual co-operation within a team. - Rising team member’s confidence in their team’s success. Thirdly, there will be a “training block” for training qualities of the leader, specifically aimed at: - Awaking people’s interest in your ideas and motivate them to co-operate with you. - Training youth leaders and youth workers to defend their point of view. - Training youth leaders and youth workers to develop qualities of the true leader and train you to be the winner. Finally, there will be an “informational block” about getting the participants to know the YOUTH programme and building projects under Action 5.
