Intersectionality in Action

Training Course

14-20 November 2025 | Opole/Poland, Poland

“Intersectionality in Action” is a week-long youth workers’ training (Nov 14–20, 2025, Opole) by The Laboratory for the Change Foundation.

The “Youth Workers Mobility – Intersectionality in Action” project is a week-long training organized by The Laboratory for the Change Foundation, taking place in Opole, Poland, from November 14 to 20, 2025.

This training offers youth workers from across Europe an opportunity to deepen their understanding of intersectionality and apply it practically in their youth work activities. The project aims to enhance participants’ skills in creating inclusive and engaging youth initiatives that recognize the diverse identities and life experiences of young people.

Throughout the week, participants will exchange experiences, test practical workshop exercises, educational methods, and related literature while developing competences to challenge stereotypes and discrimination.

The main venue is the Centre for Dialogue in Opole, supported by accommodation, meals, travel reimbursements under the Erasmus+ program, and Youthpass certification.

The training fosters a safe, collaborative, and inspiring environment for learning, growth, and building networks. It aligns with the Foundation’s mission to empower girls and women to realize their potential, resist discrimination, and promote equality and social courage.
