Youth Come ON (Youth NGO)

“Youth come ON” is concerned to help society by working with young people by promoting social includion developing their creativity, entreprenuership skills and support their self-development through diverse of NFE methodology.
We are fighting against exclusion in our European society. Our work is based on including people into our society who are disabled, who face economical or geographical obstacles, people whose origins lie in different cultures or nationalities and members of the LGBT society. We are trying to deconstruct stereotypes between young people about excluded people by giving them the chance to meet and learn from each other and about each others situation, thus leading to a faster inclusion into our society.
We are working with young people to increase their creativity. We believe that by doing different workshops and activities we are helping them to think in a creative and open-minded way, to solve problems and think out of the box, all of them being crucial soft skills in everyday live.
Our third objective is to teach youngsters the principles of entrepreneurship, as young people nowadays are struggling with a high unemployment rate across Europe and are therefore in need of improving soft skills like managing, working in a team, creative thinking based on changing disadvantages to advantages, logical thinking and rhetoric presentation skills.
Our fourth objective is to support young people self-development and self-awerness, as youth nowadays are not confident about them selved and thier future, they are lost in their lifes. Through drama and improvisation theatre activities we are encouraging them to reflect about their lifes and thier kills and competancse, to find out their path in this world. We are promoting developing their passions and using it for future employment.
