Impact Camp

Training Course

11-17 May 2026 | Madeira, Portugal

A 5-day training course in Madeira for decision makers from organisations that want to increase the positive impact, visibility and recognition of their work

This 5 day training in Madeira brings together staff members from organisations that want to strengthen the positive impact, visibility and recognition of their work with young people.

Participants: decision makers from organisations working with young people from remote and rural areas, as well as organisations that focus on climate action, green skills and sustainable development. Many young people in remote regions face fewer opportunities, less access to information and fewer chances to have their voices heard. Strong organisations can change this. Our aim is to support organisations so they can communicate their work better, reach more people and create lasting impact in their communities.

The training will combine practical sessions, peer exchange and hands on exercises. Participants will explore tools that help organisations better understand and communicate the value of their work.

During the training participants will work on:

• measuring the social impact of your organisation
• digital competencies for non profit organisations
• storytelling for impact
• strategic communication
• building a strong online presence
• public relations
• fundraising strategies

The training is organised by a team of journalists, educators, communication experts, graphic and web designers. We create publications, visual materials, digital platforms and gamified tools that help organisations communicate their work and project results clearly and effectively. Our projects have received several national and international recognitions and awards for their innovation and impact.

Participants will also have time to exchange experiences with other organisations that work with young people and climate related topics across different regions of Europe.
