"Gamechangers 2.0" will be a training course that aims to equip educators and youth workers with practical knowledge of civic education and game-based learning tools to raise the level of young people’s active citizenship.

"Gamechangers 2.0" will be a training course that aims to equip educators and youth workers with practical knowledge of civic education and game-based learning tools to raise the level of young people’s active citizenship.

Main goals of the activity are:

  • to foster common understanding of civic education, active citizenship and it’s role in youth work.
  • to exchange best practices of civic initiatives in the Baltic region.
  • to introduce educational games as a means of fostering active citizenship in young people.
  • to equip participants with tools of educational game design.
  • to provide space for developing educational games on the topic of active citizenship.
  • to test the developed game concepts with young people.

Costs

Participation fee

The training course has a participation fee of 20 EUR paid
on the spot in cash or via bank transfer. The participation
fee amount will be used to provide extra materials for
participants and cover additional expenses of the project.

Accommodation and food

Accommodation, food, local transportation, training materials is fully funded by the Erasmus+ program.  

Travel reimbursement

  • Up to 180 EUR - Lithuania, Sweden
  • Up to 150 EUR - Latvia
  • No travel reimbursement for Estonia (transfer from Tallinn to venue & back to Tallinn is covered)

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
