From a Contract to a Project

Training Course

Our aim is to provide methods, guidelines, tips and tricks on how to better prepare, implement and disseminate Erasmus+ projects.

Our project objectives are:

1. Helping participants to understand their roles and responsibilities in all phases of an Erasmus+ projects: preparation, implementation and dissemination.

2. Improving participants skills in project management: leadership, communication, team-work, relationship building and time-management.

3. Improving participants confidence in their ability to be part of the implementation team of an E+ project and to become more proactive and ready to undertake more responsibilities.

This project is mainly addressed to:

  • Youth workers with experience in the youth field
  • Youth workers that are new in their NGO
  • Managers
  • Mentors
  • Trainers
  • Active volunteers

Age limit: over 18, no upper age limit.

 

The project will be facilitated by two experienced trainers.

Oana Rizescu is the president of an Romanian NGO and she implemented more than 30 Erasmus+ projects. She is a project manager, writer and trainer. She is an expert in non-formal education methods and she has a strong international network or partners, in Europe.

Kunka Velikova has her own NGO for more than 10 years and she implented 20 E+ projects. She is also the manager and owner of a Social Enterprise. She is a trainer in E+ projects and she is also an experienced coach.

Participants in this training course will learn how to:

- develop top quality projects

- improve their connection, relation and communication with stakeholders

- get to know some tips on more environmental solutions for the projects

- empowering youth workers to keep up their active approach

- help youth workers boost their leadership skills so they can manage all stages of the project

- practice time-management, negotiations skills and team

- work in safe, international space through non-formal education methods

Participation fee

This project is financed by Erasmus+ Programme in the field of youth. There is no participation fee.

Being selected for this course, all costs (accommodation, travel, food, etc.) relevant to participation in the course will be covered.
