Training course on Digital Competences and Media Literacy.

This training course aims to support the competence development of youth workers/trainers/leaders in the field of digital and media literacy. Media Literacy focuses on teaching youth workers/trainers/leaders to be critically engaged consumers of media, while Digital Competence is more about enabling this target group to participate in digital media in wise, safe and ethical ways. The course will provide interactive sessions using non-formal and informal education methods, helping the participants develop their critical thinking and enhance their employment opportunities.

Costs

Participation fee

30 euros per person

Accommodation and food

Accommodation and food will be covered by the hosting organisation. The hosting organisation will cover the expenses for the hotel room and the meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Moreover, the organisational costs (coffee breaks) will be covered by the hosting organisation

Travel reimbursement

Travel expenses (flight tickets, bus, train) will be reimbursed to the participants based on the proof documents they will provide (boarding passes and original tickets)

The travel budget per person will be reimbursed up to:

  • Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia: 275 euros
  • Czech Republic, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland: 360 euros.

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
