Participants: 30 youth workers from Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries.

AIM AND OBJECTIVES

The project aims to develop the competences of youth workers to offer quality career guidance activities to young people. At the same time, it facilitates the socio-professional insertion of young people and the development of their entrepreneurial potential. The training course is based on the Dragon Dreaming methodology.

Objectives:

1. To empower youth workers with new tools and methods in the area of youth counseling and career orienteering.

2. To improve the level of knowledge of young workers in the area of employability and soft skills in order to facilitate youth socio-professional insertion, especially of NEETs youth.

3. To understand the dynamics of labor market and the skills that young people need in the new socio – working context.

4. To activate the creative and entrepreneurial potential of young people through quality activities.

PARTICIPANT PROFILE

The Training Course will gather together 30 participants (maximum 2 participants per organization) from Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries.

The course will primarily be aimed at participants over 22 years old (there is no upper age limit), part of an NGO, youth centers, educational institutions. The course is open to youth workers, educators, and all those who have a professional interest in the field of youth work and non-formal education. Also, participants must be interested in the topic of soft skills, career guidance, entrepreneurial education and creativity.

Accommodation and food

The project is funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ programme. Meals, accommodation and activities are fully covered.

Travel reimbursement

Regarding the Erasmus+ rules, we are able to cover travel costs up to:

1. Standard travel:

  • Between 100 and 499 KM: 180 EUR per participant - Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Serbia.
  • Between 500 and 1999 KM: 275 EUR per participant- Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Netherlands, Hungary, Turkey, Liechtenstein.
  • Between 2000 and 2999 KM: 360 EUR per participant - Finland, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Norway.
  • Between 3 000 și 3 999 KM: 530 EUR per participant - Iceland.

1. Green travel (participants can use only green means of transport like train/bus/car sharing/boat):

  • Between 100 and 499 KM: 210 EUR per participant - Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Serbia.
  • Between 500 and 1999 KM: 320 EUR per participant - Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Netherlands, Hungary, Turkey, Liechtenstein.
  • Between 2000 and 2999 KM: 410 EUR per participant -  Finland, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Norway.
  • Between 3000 and 3999 KM: 610 EUR per participant - Iceland.

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
