Cultural Coach - Making it reality

This event will gather young people and youth workers coming from cultural minority groups from all over Europe and wishing to develop the visibility of their local project. Objectives: - To promote the image of young people from cultural minorities and multicultural societies in general - To enhance project promoters’ competences to increase the visibility of their projects at local level - To identify benefits of projects - To share good practices - To learn more about youth YouthPass and Non Formal Learning - To develop future plans to implement actions/projects at local level We will use active methods, including a public event to experience “in real” how to work on the visibility of a project. Profile of participants: We are looking for teams of one youth worker + 1-2 young people from the same group at local level. Youth workers can come to the event alone if they justify it. Young people should be accompanied by a youth worker. - Youth workers / youth leaders * Representatives of a cultural minority or working with young people from cultural minority(ies) * Active at local level * Confident to express themselves in English - Young people from cultural minority, active at local level
