Training Course

19-23 November 2019 | Biograd na Moru, Croatia

Cross Over is an international training course with the main aim of improving the quality of KA2 strategic partnership projects with impact on the youth field.

The training course consist of 3 phases:

1) National phase - national training course (by the end of autumn 2019)

2) In between phase - preparation for the international phase supported by their NAs

3) International phase - international training course (hosted by NA Croatia 19.-23.11.2019.)

AIMS & OBJECTIVES OF INTERNATIONAL TRAINING COURSE

To contribute to greater impact of developed KA2 projects on different levels relevant for youth and youth field
To create opportunities for sharing good practices and for further development of project ideas
To create opportunities for networking and partnership-building
To support participants following international activity for submitting KA2 SP applications
To improve the quality of project’s preparation and implementation

Participant’s profile for international phase:

★ Participants coming from the Cross Over’s 1st Phase (2019) - national training/event in Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Belgium, Serbia and Malta;
★ Participants with potential KA2 project idea in youth field;
★ Participants should be at least 18 years of age and able to work in English

The International activity will bring together 2-5 participants per country - participants that took part in the National phase (or pax being properly prepared by their NA), or participants with project concept supported by their NA.

Participation fee

This project is financed by the participating NAs of the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme. The participation fee varies from country to country. Please contact your National Agency or SALTO Resource Centre to learn more about the participation fee for participants from your country.

Accommodation and food

Unless specified otherwise, the hosting National Agency or SALTO Resource Centre of this offer will organise the accommodation and covers the costs for accommodation and food.

Travel reimbursement

Please contact your National Agency (NA) or SALTO Resource Centre (SALTO) in order to know whether they would support your travel costs. If yes, after being selected, get in touch with your NA or SALTO again to learn more about the overall procedure to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.
