Partnership-building Activity

CMS addresses the topic of applying new types of projects available under the new E+ programme.

Aim:

The aim of our project is to empower youth workers and professionals from youth organisations from different EU countries to work together in planning, applying and implementing new types of projects available under the new E+ programme such as: youth participation activities, KA2 – Small Collaborative Partnerships, ESC volunteering and solidarity projects.

 

Objectives:

O1. Empower 21 youth workers and staff with the knowhow, attitudes and aptitudes necessary to apply and implement new E+ and ESC projects;

O2. Apply at least 2 KA1 projects, 2 KA2 SCP projects and 2 ESC projects at the next deadlines;

O3. Increase the quality of collaboration within the consortium partners by reaching common understanding on the functionality of E+. Our activity objectives are correlated with objectives 2 and 4 from our accreditation application.

Profile of Participants:

The target group of this activity is represented by youth workers and staff with background in youth organisations and with previous experience or interest do develop international projects under the umbrella of E+ and ESC. This CMS is addressed to representatives of organisations that aim towards a structured, strategic approach with regards to their international activities and are interesting to form long-term quality partnerships. The minimum age requirement is +18 years old and minimum level of English B2. The total number of participants is limited to 21.

Accommodation will be done in twin or matrimonial rooms, two persons/room according to gender.

Most of the costs like training, materials, accommodation, food, 95% of most economic travel possible are covered by the Erasmus+ programme of the EU. Rest, such as insurance, single room accommodation, 5% of economic travel, travel upgrades such as priority, checked-in luggage, 1st class tickets, etc are, to be funded by you. The EU does co-found, not fully fund this event, therefore you must contribute. Travel: For travel you are bound to consult us before buying tour travel tickets. Failing to do so will result in the ineligibility of your travel expenses. The travel allowance is in proportion of 95% of the total costs of travel pre-approved by us. 5% represents your contribution. You must also procure a valid travel insurance (which is also part of your co-funding to the event). You will receive more info about travel once you pass through the selection process.

Participation fee

No participation fee.

Accommodation and food

We will cover the costs for accomodation and food.

Travel reimbursement

The selected participants MUST obtain our written approval for the travel itinerary BEFORE they buy the travel tickets. Once they have this ittinerary the reimbursment of the travel costs will be done in proportion of 95% within 15 working days after the end of the mobility.

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
