We offer a learning trajectory consisting of three parts: - Training course 15 – 19 October 2014 - Mentoring of your project development and Erasmus + application - Follow up activities + evaluation Aim: To raise awareness of young people in CZ –PL –SK about transnational youth initiatives of Erasmus+ and to increase their quality. Objectives: • To encourage participants to create CZ-PL-SK initiatives and partnerships. • To empower young people to successfully prepare and implement transnational youth initiatives. • To develop an understanding of non-formal learning and to empower young people to apply non-formal learning process in their projects. • To raise awareness of possibilities within Erasmus+: KA2 Transnational Youth Initiatives. • To introduce and to develop support structures with young people to increase the quality of transnational youth initiatives. We are looking for people who • Young people from Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia. • Are motivated to implement a transnational youth initiative in 2015. • Come in a team = 2 representatives of a group/organization with an idea for initiative • Can communicate in basic level English (don´t be afraid we also speak Czech, Slovak and Polish :). • Are 18+ Trainers team Tomasz Lubotzki, Poland / Zuzana Nagyová, Slovakia / Alena Čápová, Czech Republic
