All cultures, all rights, all people

Training Course

7-13 April 2026 | Carrión de los Condes, Spain

“All cultures, all rights, all people” trains youth workers in rural areas to support vulnerable youth facing social, economic, or linguistic barriers and discrimination, ensuring they access the same opportunities as their peers.

“All cultures, all rights, all people” is a training course for youth workers in rural areas serving young people from diverse cultural, ethnic, and religious backgrounds facing vulnerability and fewer opportunities. This inequality stems from external factors such as social and economic barriers, discrimination, emotional displacement, limited resources, and language obstacles.

The project aims to develop a shared methodology through best practices and tools to enhance support for migrants and youth with fewer opportunities. Furthermore, we will increase project visibility through our "Radio Peregrina," creating an inclusive podcast to reach more institutions and share our results.

Through this training course, we will achieve the following 5 objectives:

1. Empower participants with innovative tools and methodologies to improve social inclusion within the context of youth work.

2. Acquire non-formal knowledge and methodologies to create new strategies and practices that enhance active participation and the integration of young people with fewer opportunities in our communities.

3. Raise awareness among participants about the vital importance of fostering integration and inclusion for young migrants within their respective local environments.

4. Equip the involved organizations with the necessary skills and knowledge to apply inclusive practices in their youth work, specifically targeting young people at risk of social exclusion.

5. Develop future partnerships and promote European values, EU opportunities, and the Erasmus+ program by fostering a strong, supportive community of youth workers.

We are looking for 2 youth workers from each country (Bulgaria, Greece & Spain).
