9th days training focused to improve skills and professional attitude of youth workers and educators in the field of conflict and problematic situations in youth groups, develop personal skills and motivation to work with troubled young target groups.

Project is based on common needs and questions of hundreds youthworkers and pedagogues in theme like: “How can I continue in activity with presence of this crazy, stupid or evil guy?” “How can I understand what “pissed me off” on it?”, “Am I patient and tolerant still?”, “And in the future?”. “How can I manage and control a conflicts between youth, their often conflicts with my person, how can I help them crossing their own behavior barriers?” and many other questions.
9-days Training course project of DO SVĚTA NGO with name "AdamsAppleTrainingCourse" in Czech Republic. Main idea is to improve skills and professional attitude of youth workers and educators in the field of conflict and problematic situations in youth groups, develop personal skills and motivation to work with troubled young target groups. We want to invite 30 of youth workers, pedagogues, teachers and every other youth lectors who work with our topics from Czech, Italy, Spain, Romania, Hungary and Lithuania.
Main goals are:
- Strengthening and developing skills of youth workers in solving problems and conflicts in the group, or in dealing with "difficult" participants.
- Raising the competences of pedagogues to work with difficult, problematic target groups or individuals through exploring intrapsychic mechanisms and internal settings in the areas of fear, personal boundaries, conflict style and so on.
- Motivate to work with difficult groups or individuals by working with the personality of the teacher, care about energy resources and the development of mental health.
- Development of teachers who often work in conflict situations, not only to prevent burnout, but as professional growth.
We will use non-formal education and methods of learning by experience, we will invite an experts for special parts and we want share experience in different cultural backgrounds, and want fill in many other goals of YiA program.

The DO SVETA NGO in a new NGO, continuing in way of PREVENT NGO in new label. It means that our association is providing training and prevention activities in the whole South Czech region. The main focus is in the primary prevention. We run an experiential courses for school children and students, educative projects for pedagogues and workers with youth and training courses for peer activist. Most of us are teachers of experiential learning method and psychotherapist.

Costs
Participation fee is 40 EUR.
70% of international travel costs are covered by the Youth in Program funds. This amount will be reimbursed, according to original bills, travel tickets and boarding passes.
Accommodation and diet during the course will be fully covered by hosting organization.
