3xP – Programme, Partnership, Preparation

The 2nd edition of a training course for organizations from the Eastern Partnership countries, Norway and Russia who hold valid  Quality Label, or are in the process of accreditation, and wish to improve their skills and capacities.

We invite organizations willing to have better understanding of the European Solidarity Corps Programme, as well as of the opportunities the Programme offers to organizations from the partner countries.  The training aims to support implementation of hosting and sending projects, with a special focus on developing partnership building skills of its participants. The online training will be divided into four sessions, each 3 - 4 hours long.

The training course focuses on the following aspects:

1) European Solidarity Corps - programme knowledge, priorities, actions, IT tools (PASS, Mobility Tool etc.).

2) Project step by step - working with volunteers, designing activities, building support for volunteers, good practices. Here we will focus separately on both, sending and hosting organisations.

3) Partnerships - looking for partners, building reliable partnership, budgeting, reporting.

OBJECTIVES:

  • to refresh knowledge about the ESC programme (news, with special focus on new priorities in the programme),
  • to prepare organizations for cooperation with volunteers (both as sending and hosting organisations),
  • to build quality partnerships,

The training will be run by two experienced experts working for Polish National Agency of Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps and Salto EECA - Maja Selan and Anna Sławczewa.

The training will be organized on a zoom platform.

PARTICIPANTS

The online training is open for organisations from Eastern Partnership countries and Norway and is designed for those members of organisations who will be directly working with ESC volunteers (sent or hosted). In the first place we would like to invite:

  • representatives of organisations recently awarded with Quality Label
  • new project coordinators from experienced Quality Label organisations
  • representatives of organisations that are in the process of accreditation, i.e. have submitted Quality Label applications before the application deadline.

As a principle we invite one person per organisation (unless the organisation will have separate coordinators for hosting and sending). Please, make sure that the person applying for the training will be able to take part in the whole duration of the course.

The application form is available HERE and will be open until April 25th. The selection results will be sent out by April 29th.
