I am working for NGOs: doing skill development trainings and consultations, I am a freelancer. I do organization development, coaching type of services, entrepreneurial skill development courses and career trainings.

Work experience

I am a freelance trainer and coach now: I support NGO-s, social enterprises and youth initiatives. I coach them with the Beetree Expert Group - more information at https://en.beetreecsoport.com/
I do social and financial skill development training for kindergarten teachers, teachers and youth workers in the Aflatot and Aflateen program. I work in the adaptation of Aflatoun and Aflateen program too, they focuses on social and financial skill development for children and youngsters from age 3-18.
I do project management trainings, and organizational development courses.
I am mentor at Romaversitas Foundation, I work with young Roma students from disadvantaged background.
I ran job counselling programs and entrepreneurial skill development courses for immigrants at Jövőkerék Foundation, now I have been doing career development courses at OlIve program at CEU.
I do lots of trainings for unemployed people with fewer opportunities, and I ran social competence development groups and I was a counsellor of the Job Club of Csoport-téka Association in Budapest. I am writing applications, organizing international trainings. I have been working with volunteers and students of social field.
At the EU Youth Conference and DG meeting. I was one of the 17 facilitator of the conference in 2011, where there were almost 250 participants, and the topic was youth unemployment and the Structured dialogue.
I took part as a facilitator in the Intercultural Navigator project for British Council. Now we are adapting this leadership program to young Roma students of the Romaversitas Foundation.
I was a facilitator in Gdansk at a Partnership Building Activity for youth workers in EU and Eastern Europe & Caucasus region in May, 2008. link: http://www.salto-youth.net/East&WestIncl/
I facilitated a training in Slovakia for youth workers of Roma communities in June, 2008.
I held an international training in Budapest at the Ability Park for youth workers about new methods in equal opportunity field in March, 2008. I also participated in creating and supporting the mentor system at their rehabilitation system. I did job interviews and I am creating educational programs, holding trainings.

Educational pathway

I am a social worker and a non-profit manager. I also learned dramapedagogical and drama therapical methods. I completed my MBA at CEU in 2016.
