Aims & objectives

Develop personal and professional communication skills.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Around 30 people: Serbs, Romanians, Slovakians (Pepe), Moldavians .

Training methods used & main activities

Presentations, communication games, outdoor activities, various team building activities and showcase scenarios.
One of the games is a classic: splitting people in pairs of 3, an observer, a listener and a storyteller and debug communication issues revealed in the communication process.

Outcomes of the activity

Great feedback on Facebook, in surveys and a high retention rate.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Develop and run a training around the topic of business communication + other various activities (and reviewing sessions) throughout the bootcamp.
Some coaching was involved (but it isn't shown in the schedule).

I worked on this training for 4 days as a full time trainer.
