TOY - Trainers Online for Youth

By organizing this project we achieved:
• To train and develop new tools, methods for youth workers, leader, teachers working with young offenders and bullies; Combine their knowledge in a Toolkit-"Stand By ME";
• To give a space to young people to speak out and be involved in the processes influencing to them;
• To raise awareness of bullying through Anti-Bullying Week and other coordinated, shared campaigns as a follow up actions;

The project used methods of non-formal education, combining presentations with interactive learning to achieve its goals.
Communication and mutual understanding, active participation, interactive and group working activities, multimedia presentations, icebreakers and group dynamics exercises, workshops, individual and group learning and coaching, theoretical input, simulation, role plays and sketches, discussions, editing , publishing, plenary, evaluation were program elements and it provided further knowledge and understanding of the issue. Innovative tools and methods supported to develop participants skill of Initiative and Entrepreneurship.
TC trained and supported to involve youth workers, leaders, teachers, project managers in formal and non-formal education in developing HRE and to enable them to act as trainers specifically in preventing bullying, to give them skills, develop the knowledge, provide them with new tools, innovative methods how to deal with the problem; to find the solution – through awareness, insight, and action. On the other hand, knowing how to handle bullying, solve the problem in time. The project provided a forum to discuss ways of reintegrating young offenders into society.
