Time Management training

Aims & objectives

Develop business and time management skills for the participants. I was responsible for the time management and productivity part.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Around 30 people: Serbs, Romanians, Slovakians (Pepe), Moldavians.

Training methods used & main activities

Experiential games (one of them is described here: http://www.vaidabogdan.com/experiential-trainings/).
Various team building activities, communication games and showcase scenarios.
We also had a few presentations, brainstorming sessions for business ideas and interviews with successful entrepreneurs.

Outcomes of the activity

The surveys were very positive. 2 participants developed successful national businesses (in grammar and workouts outside of the gym).

Also a number of participants came to our other bootcamps.
