1)The main aims of the project was to educate, support and motivate young people to build peace and to learn how peace reflects and raise awareness of cultural diversity by using two main tools: photography and short movie.
The objectives of the meeting was to bring youth leaders, workers, students and volunteers from different background and culture to present their traditions, culture; to exchange information , opinions about intercultural dialogue and tolerance, to increased young people’s awareness about intercultural dialogue; to support non-formal education; to give opportunities young people to participate in developing the intercultural exchange, documenting through photography ; to present innovative way of work, present different methods and ways of work to combat against violence, discrimination; to make the local people ‘s awareness to make a voice against racism.
2)Target group of the meeting were youth, youth leaders, workers, trainers, young people, students, society, journalists who wants to support intercultural dialogue and to develop their knowledge, awareness and competence in human rights education and to share their culture, traditions, working experiences with other participants; trainers and multipliers active within formal and non-formal education systems; youth who wish to make step against violence and discrimination;
The participants were from Poland, Netherlands, Germany, Bulgaria, Israel, Georgia, Ukraine, Latvia, Turkey.
3) Methodology of the meeting was based on non-formal education, the programme was intensive. Methodology was new and creative. interactive and group working activities, multimedia presentations, editing imagines, workshops, individual learning and presentations, theoretical input, simulation, role plays and sketches, film and photo shows, discussions, plenary, evaluation was the program elements.
4)outcome:
Result of the meeting was quite good and satisfied. First of all the meeting was useful for the participants because of getting new partnership , friendship and skill, knowledge, experience on intercultural dialogue, human rights and peace initiatives and as an outcome we organized photo exhibition.
5)My responsibility:
I was a trainer full time, I gave inputs- presentations, different workshops connected the topic.
