Aims & objectives

The aim of the project is to create new partner networks that will allow us to develop common
projects under the Erasmus+ Program in long term in the field of inclusion. The main activity of the
project is a meeting of 14 entities from different countries that work actively in the field of children
and youth. By working on the creation of this network and future projects through teamwork and

Outcomes of the activity

Throughout the whole project, the mobility activity is the period that offers the most intensive learning for
participants and therefore it has its own specific objectives that are complementary to project
objectives and that will contribute to their achievement by:
- training, educating, and empowering 31 youth workers, young leaders, trainers, active volunteers
and staff of the involved organization to inspire inclusion of youth with fewer opportunities;
- offering participants the opportunity to learn about different country realities regarding youth
inclusion and youth participation, problems and challenges they face, and introducing concrete
solutions, measures, strategies, and good practices in the field;
- offering participants space and time to express their ideas, feelings, and experiences as well as
to exchange good practices and learn from each other in multicultural and safe setting about common
European topics, different cultures, religions, traditions, and languages;
- developing innovative non-formal learning tools and methods for youth inclusion and youth
participation with a strong European dimension that will be used by involved organizations, participants
or other stakeholders in youth work across Europe, after disseminating and sharing the results of the
project;
- providing space and time for networking and planning of future local and international projects, as
well as the opportunity to involve participants in international cooperation of their organizations by
empowering them to prepare, manage, implement and evaluate youth projects and activities
