Aims & objectives

A training course –“Make a choice” brought together youth organizations, institutional actors, policy makers, and researchers to support and proved the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes through the training and in order to discuss the topic of youth employment and possible solutions to it.

Training methods used & main activities

Different workshops , inputs , practical exercies, presentations helped participants to get skills and knowladge how to get new work, have access and stay in labor market.

Outcomes of the activity

The project gave stimulation to participate actively in society and use Youth in Action Programme to get non-formal education which supports the access into labour market. The training developed participants’ understanding of social inclusion and the way they promoted it through non formal education activities, which provided very valuable learning experiences for young people, like work in teams, taking responsibility, programme design, leadership, chairing and facilitating, group dynamics, communication and management skills, intercultural learning and etc.
