The project brought together youth leaders, workers, trainer, teachers, and students to Speak up against bullying, violence and to make their voice be heard.
The project stimulated and provided the innovative working methods which would support youth initiative as a key competence for the personal development, creativity, entrepreneurship and youth inclusion in healthy and sport activities;

A wide variety of non-formal learning methods will be applied throughout the whole project which includes individual and group learning, guest speakers, role-plays, inputs, inter cultural events, group-building exercises, lectures, presentations ( from the participants and from the trainers), group discussions, role-plays, simulation games, questionnaires and evaluation forms, reflection groups. Participants will engage in plenary discussions which will follow presentations, workshops.
The project had good achievement for the developing the skills, knowledge and abilities in order to set up a project on human rights education with young people and the tools to benefit from the gained experience (increased visibility and evaluation possibilities);
During the training the participants got reflections on experiences and stimuli on how to deal with the topic of bullying, violence, discrimination, racism , both in non-formal and formal learning environments;
