YouthWorkers for Equal Society

The aim of the project is better awareness of gender equality among youth workers and also among youth. To gain that, we are planning different trainings for youth workers, discussions, exchange of experience, workshops, analysis of our youth centres action plan - how supportive of gender equality are they and what we have to do for making our work in that field better. We are also planning to put together a handbook for youth workers about how to plan different activities in youth centres in gender-sensitive manner and what to consider in our everyday job as well as publicity work.
