Youth VoicE+

This Erasmus+ Youth Exchange focuses on authentic communication, personal branding and digital storytelling, bringing together 30 young people (18–30) from 5 different countries for a 7-day non-formal learning experience.

The project aims to support young people in developing their voice and confidence in expressing ideas, values and identities, while navigating the challenges of communication in the digital environment.

During the project, participants will:
- explore authentic self-expression and personal branding beyond online stereotypes;
- learn and practice storytelling techniques for meaningful communication;
- develop creative digital communication skills through hands-on activities;
- strengthen intercultural, social and collaborative competences in mixed international groups;
- reflect on their role, voice and responsibility in the online space.

Methodology:
- non-formal education methods;
- experiential learning and creative workshops;
- teamwork, peer learning and intercultural exchange;
- practical activities guided by facilitators with experience in communication and youth work.

The project creates an inclusive and supportive learning environment where young people are encouraged to experiment, express themselves freely, and learn from diverse perspectives.

We are looking for active and committed partner organisations interested in youth empowerment, communication, creativity and digital competences, willing to support preparation, participant involvement and follow-up activities.
