“Youth unemployment in rural areas- difficulties and solutions”

Youth unemployment in rural areas- difficulties and solutions” is an youth exchange on Erasmus + program that will take place in Lyaskovets, Bulgaria. The major aims are:
• to make possible, the understanding of the problem about youth unemployment in rural areas;
• to show good practice of youth entrepreneurship in rural areas;
• to promote the active of youth people.
The project fully encourages the youngsters’ creativity and innovation potential, through a positive perspective on their contribution, designing and implementing an event with a great impact on the local community in rural areas. Working actively on two of EU’s main problems – youth unemployment and development of rural areas, young people will have the chance to learn how the labor market works, how to become a successful entrepreneur, what a “key competence” is and that gaining such competence will improve their entrepreneurship skills and help them get employed. Participants will also have the opportunity to get to know the ways Employment bureau encourages employment of young people in rural areas, the ways how local community stimulates youth employment and entrepreneurship among young people and participants will summarize their experience in an Youthpass certificate.
