Youth Policy in Brief

This international seminar will gather and systematise your knowledge on European Youth Policy.

 AIM OF THE PROJECT:
To discover and define the process of development of European Youth Policy and it influence on the youth policy of member states and prepare a complex report on it.
 OBJECTIVES:
to define the origins of EU Youth policy and describe its development
to research for most relevant documents concerning youth policy and sum it up
to define the competences of public authorities (local and international) on youth issues
to write a complex report, which will be a guide through a youth policy in Europe
 CONTENT OF THE TRAINING:
history of European youth policy
European context in the national youth policies of participating countries
instruments of EU youth policy
competences of public authorities
meetings with members of the youth councils and public authorities
