Youth on the road

"Youth on the road" is a training course that is based on the exchange of practices and activities among artistic, cultural and educational associations. The aim is to generate new ideas bringing together diverse experiences so that each organization can approach its activities in an original way the theme of diversity aimed at 360 ° (for culture, disability, gender ...)
The course lasts 5 days and will be held in the province of Verona. It will involve 25 people from Italy, Germany, Czech Republic and other 2 country.
Each organization will be the protagonist of a training day in which will present to the other participants a good practice (scenography, theater with disabilities, intercultural playbus, circus in the street ...). What these experiences have in common is the opportunity they have to be experienced on the road, crossing point where you can meet all the nuances of diversity, these practices can be useful to bring out the beauty that is in the nuances, can become an educational tool to overcome the difficulties encountered in dealing what is different.
The exchange and learning by doing are the methodologies used during the training course.

objectives:
• Facilitate the exchange of practices which respect cultural diversity as tool of struggling racism and xenophobia
• Develop consistent methods for the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities
• Putting into circulation tools that use art as an educational method to stimulate youth participation.

Duration in days: 5 days of training + 2 travel
