through a youth exchange I would like to explore some of the issues that affect youth mental health and in doing so also explore some of the reccommended 5-a-day for positive mental health.

1.Connect - connecting with others and sharing how you feel

2.Get Active - exploring the benefits of physical activity by taking part in sports

3.Notice - The benefits of being aware

4.Get Involved - relates somewhat to connecting. Volunteering in the community

5.Give - explore how carrying out good deeds can help improve mental health
