YOUTH IN-WORK. Innovation in youth work
Meeting between youth workers from different European realities in order to share experiences, needs and proposals for the innovation of the youth projects.
We propose a 4 days meeting between youth worker from all over Europe aimed at
- Improving youth workers’ skills and abilities;
- Improving youth work through networking between organizations and the exchange of best practices;
- Developing the international dimension in working with young people;
- Innovate youth projects and activities according with current social challenges.
The final meeting's result will be the development of guide lines for the improvement and networking of youth projects.
A methodology based on non-formal learning will be used (dynamics, activities, debates, group work, street work).
The meeting will create the basis for future collaboration between participating organizations.
