Youth In The Pandemic

Covid19 plague traumatic experiences and bodily integrity damages; loss of the sense of trust and control why is it.

Young people who have been staying at home due to the covid19 pandemic stay away from their social lives. Young people who are having changes in their lives are going through difficult times during the pandemic process. Covid19 epidemic disease and traumatic experiences damage their bodily integrity and cause loss of confidence and control. Post-traumatic conditions cause stress disorder in these young people. Incompatible behaviors and negative experiences caused by trauma are remarkable. Whe all these facts are brought together, pandemic can be said to affect the mental health of young people negatively , which takes them away from a healthy lifestyle. For this process which we can be defined as a crisis affecting all humanity in a spiritual sense and therefore creating stress, we came up with the questions of “What can we say? “ and “What can we do?" against the problems experienced by these young people and we are trying to find answers to the following questions:
* How do young people find solutions individually?
· How do they spend their time during this process efficiently?
* Whether these solutions are sufficient,
* Whether this process is being used efficiently
Answers to questions about how to gain a different perspective on these problems and how to make this process more efficient will also be sought. As a result of our project, young people will learn how to make the pandemic process more efficient for themselves if the pandemic continues.
