Youth in team

Centre for leisure time activities Ivancice, Czech Republic looks for a partner from Lower Austria for Youth Exchange (Action 1.1).
This is a trilateral Youth Exchange. The Czech Republic, Slovakia and Lower Austria participate in this Youth Exchange. The main theme of trilateral Youth Exchange is Education through sport and outdoor activities. Through these activities we want to get to know and compare cultural differences, lead to acceptance of other culture and young people with fewer opportunities, develop teamwork, come to realize social and cultural realities, learn each other, make a self-fulfilment, gain new experience, actively participate in activities of Youth Exchange, develop sporting mind and reinforce feelings of European citizen.

The youth excahnge lasts from 28th of July to 4th of August 2012 and it takes place in the camp base in Otrokovice – Štěrkoviště in the Czech Republic. The participants are 8 young people (16-20 years old) and one leader. The participants and a leader pay only 30% of their travel costs.

Planned activities include: sporting and outdoor activities, teamwork, strategical games, activities of experience, sporting tournements, creative activities, activities of personality social development and so on. The basic methods of Youth Exchange are: game, experience, cooperation, communication, creative methods, individual and group work, discussion.

This project is supported from the challenge 4.6. Partnerships of the programme Youth in action. This project called the Youth in Action programme in the Region of South Moravian - Bringing to the practice of regional youth work and youth policy making. The number of the project: 2010-5016/003-001. This project was approved and it will realize on 100%.
