  • Health
  • Integration
  • Minorities

  • Volunteering
This project can include young people with fewer opportunities like
  • Social obstacles

The Target Group: The activities will revolve around children (6 - 18 years old), students of a local School in Arad. Most of them lead lives of low opportunity and are in vulnerable backgrounds, such as socio-economical deprivation, early school leaving, single-parent families, emotional, verbal or physical abuse suffered at home, emotional neglect, difficulty studying. Some of them are at risk for being excluded due to belonging to the Roma community. Volunteer Profile: We have 4 vacancies for 2 young people from Italy and 2 from Spain. The volunteer we are searching for should: --> Be between 18—30 years old --> Be interested in self-development in a multicultural environment --> Be flexible (because he/she will live in a group, where people are from different cultures and have different habits; and he/she will work with children, which also re-quires adaptability) --> Bring his/her enthusiasm into the activities --> Enjoy working with children (or wishing to have this experience) --> Support the Hosting Organization in reaching the objectives of the project --> Be interested to discover Romania
