Youth Exchange on Gluten-Free Gastronomy and Healthy Eating Habits

Raising awareness of gluten-free living and healthy nutrition; youth from Türkiye and Europe will create recipes and share intercultural experiences.

Our project aims to raise awareness of gluten-free living and healthy nutrition among young people. It will bring together youth from Türkiye and Europe through interactive workshops on gluten-free gastronomy, healthy lifestyle activities, and hands-on cooking sessions. Participants will learn about celiac disease, gluten intolerance, and sustainable eating habits while creating their own innovative gluten-free recipes and comparing food practices from different cultures.

The project seeks to help young people develop healthy lifestyle habits, enhance both personal and professional skills, and strengthen intercultural cooperation. By encouraging creativity over standardized recipes, participants will improve their culinary skills and promote gluten-free gastronomy awareness within their communities. Experienced international partner organizations working in the fields of health, gastronomy, and intercultural learning will collaborate to support youth in developing an inclusive and sustainable food culture. This initiative not only provides practical culinary experience but also fosters long-term cultural exchange and cooperation between European and Turkish youth.
