Youth Exchange in September - Apulia, Italy

The activity consists of a 7 days youth exchange designed for youngsters by the same youngsters selected.

How does this call work?
If you are an organization and would like to participate, you need to follow the steps:
1 - Contact us at molfetta@incoweb.org writing in the object: "youth exchange in september".
2 - Follow the instructions we will provide, filling our customized PIF template (no copy/paste from previous project)
3 - Select 5 youngsters + 1 leader from your local community. Be sure you can meet them in person and have proper prepartion.

We will use non-formal and informal learning methodologies. The YE will be facilitated by InCo staff, but the activities must come from participants' ideas.

The focus of the activities and the topic of the youth exchange will be decided by youngsters during weekly videocalls, where we will use digital facilitaiton methods.

Objectives of the Youth Exchange is to answer to our priorities stated in the accreditation: recognition of the youth work, youth participation, environmnet and climate change, digital skills.

Other objectives:
- understand about Erasmus+ and youth exchange;
- learn more about EU opportunities for youngsters;
- get self-confidence and key competences for youngsters
- learn to take responsibilities and completing tasks.

The participants are expected to:
• be youngsters between 18 and 25 yearl old
• be willing and motivated to participate from the preparation until the dissemination part;
• be able to communicate in English;
• fully participate for the whole duration of the project;
• be ready to engage actively in all physical and mental activities;
• be aware that youth exchange is not a holiday but a learning experience.

As a partner organization you are expected to:
• have the capacity to provide contribution to the timetable of activities;
• react to our emails and other types of communication in real time;
• provide a proper pre-departure training;
• be fully involved in the dissemination process in your Country.
