Project Vision: HASAVISO 2.0 addresses the need for sustainable healthy lifestyles among European youth by promoting education and awareness about healthy habits, including nutrition, physical activity, mental and sexual health.
Goals:
Encourage youth to adopt healthy lifestyle habits.
Build resilience and combat stress through non-formal education.
Provide tools to identify and counter misinformation on health topics.
Promote social cohesion and healthy environments.
Foster personal and community well-being through mutual support and shared experiences.
Expected Results:
Improved knowledge and adoption of healthy habits among participants.
Enhanced stress management and emotional regulation skills.
Greater awareness and cohesion on health issues within communities.
Development of supportive networks and ongoing peer support.
Duration and Participants:
Number of days for activities and travel days: 7 days of activities plus 2 travel days (Day 0 for arrival and Day 8 for departure).
Number of countries involved: 6 countries.
Number of participants per country: 6 participants from each country, including 1 group leader per country, Spain will send 8 participants and 1 group leader, totaling 38 youth including 6 group leaders. This team will be guided by 2 facilitators.
Methodology: The project utilizes holistic and participatory methodologies, including physical activities, workshops, and discussions led by specialists in health and education. It emphasizes reflection, dialogue, and practical exercises to foster long-term behavioral changes.
Impact: HASAVISO 2.0 aims to create sustainable changes in health behaviors among youth, improve mental and physical well-being, and build stronger, more cohesive communities through informed and empowered young leaders .
