Youth exchange "Game over Gambling"

CET platforma Skopje is looking for partners for a project “Game over Gambling” that is planning to submit to Macedonian National Agency on 12th of February 2026 deadline. The project is envisioned as 8-days Youth exchange for young people and youth leaders coming from 6 European countries that is planned to be organized in Autumn 2026 in Krushevo, North Macedonia.

N.B. Due to the limit of partnerships in Erasmus+ programme, we can only accept partner organisations that are not already involved in 5 or more KA152 - Mobility of young people (Youth exchanges) applications in the February 2026 deadline.

PROJECT SUMMARY:

By implementing this project, we want to respond to a real and growing challenge in youth work today: the rise of gambling addiction and its strong link to young people’s mental health. From a youth work perspective, our main goal is to support young people in understanding the risks of gambling, especially in its online and digital forms, and to create safe spaces where they can talk openly about stress, emotions, pressure, and mental well-being without stigma or judgment.

The project aims to empower young people with knowledge, skills, and attitudes that help them protect themselves and support their peers. Through non-formal education, participants will learn to recognise early warning signs of gambling problems, understand how gambling affects mental health, and develop emotional awareness as a key protective factor.

They will explore healthy coping strategies as alternatives to gambling, improve their media literacy to spot manipulation and misleading advertising, and strengthen communication skills to talk about gambling issues in a caring and non-judgmental way.

At the same time, the project will encourage active youth participation and peer-to-peer education. Participants will not only learn, but also take action by raising awareness in schools and communities, creating youth-led campaigns, and sharing their experiences with others.

The project will introduce young people to the Erasmus+ programme, motivate them to stay active in youth work, and strengthen cooperation between organizations, supporting future youth-led initiatives that promote healthier, more informed, and more resilient communities across Europe.

If you want to be a partner on the project, then please read carefully the attached call for partners and if you accept the required responsibilities, then send us the attached fully filled Partner Identification Form by email to macedonia@cetplatform.org with the subject line “Game over Gambling partnership”, not later than 7th of February 2026.

Please use the format of the PIF that we attach to this call for partners. It doesn’t need to be the same document, but it MUST have the answers to all questions included in it or otherwise we will discard your email.

Only the selected organizations will be contacted via email for the partnership.
