IMPORTANT!
This mobility offer is a part of our accredited youth mobility project, for which we have already received funding. Therefore, you can be sure that the mobility activity will actually happen.
We would like to invite youth organisations to join this accredited youth mobility project, allowing us also to build new partnerships for future cooperation.
ABOUT THE YOUTH EXCHANGE
"Back to the Future 2030: Textile" will be an immersive project designed specifically for passionate individuals aged 16 to 21. In this youth exchange, we will get on a journey to uncover the environmental impact of fast fashion and gain insights into the complex processes that shape the textile industry. Through engaging workshops, discussions, and hands-on activities, participants will develop a deep understanding of the ecological footprint left behind by the fashion sector. We will also explore the life cycle of textiles, from sourcing raw materials to production, distribution, consumption, and disposal. We will identify the key environmental challenges by examining each stage and uncover innovative solutions to create a sustainable future. Together, we will analyse the impacts of cotton cultivation, textile manufacturing, and waste management, enabling participants to make informed choices and advocate for change in their communities. Join "Back to the Future 2030: Textile" and become part of a community of like-minded individuals dedicated to transforming the fashion industry.
