youth exchange at the beginning of July (in Italy, Croatia or Slovenia).

Our scout group is going on a camp to Italy, Croatia and Slovenia during the first three weeks of July. The exact route has not yet been finalised, so we are flexible. During these three weeks, we would like to organise a five- or six-day exchange with one or more other youth groups through the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange project.
We are looking for youth groups in one of these countries who would like to participate in a project on a specific theme. The aim is for our youth members to learn something from this and gain positive added value.
Our group consists of nine members born in 2008, so they are 17 years old, and five supervisors.
The entire project would be subsidised and financed by the European Union (Erasmus+). This covers travel, accommodation and organisational costs for the entire period (for members and supervisors).
