The aim of this meeting is to promote exchanges through video practices amateur from various european cultures.

The technological evolution makes accessible to a largest number the realization of video realized with mobile phones, pocket video cameras or the digital compact cameras.
The objective of this meeting will be to exchange your various savoir-faire, writing, video filming and editing, comedian's game, etc… with the aim of realizing several short and very short films which will be view at the end of the meeting on the occasion of a event open to the public who will take place in a cinema in Le Mans. The realizations will be then available on-line on a page Facebook specialy created for this project.

This project will happen in Le Mans (France) from 08/20/2016 to 08/29/2016.

City of 150,000 people , Le Mans is in the northwest of France, well-known for its race ( 24 hours of Le Mans) and its medieval old town, the Plantagenêt City (www.lemans.fr).
When it comes to culture and sport, this town is really dynamic, many activities will be possible during this event.

This call aims at young people from 18 to 22, amateur, beginner, or expert in their art.

To organize a high-quality exchange, it is advisable to enroll before June 30th 2015.
