''Youth empowerment through peer and self-development methods'' is meant for youth workers in order to enrich their work using coaching and mediation techniques
NGO Calamus will organise a two-activity project „Youth empowerment through peer and self development methods“ in autumn 2015 and winter 2016, in Belgrade, Serbia.
It contains two training courses, in which the participants will gain knowledge about:
1. Coaching and using its techniques when working with vulnerable groups in their local community; learn how to build personal capacities when encountering problems and obstacles in the various challenges in their everyday life, and how to support other young people by coaching them when they are facing changes and setting personal goals.
2. Mediation and skills such as listening, critical thinking and problem solving, which can be used in solving their own conflicts as well as the problems of their peers. Participants will be empowered to assume greater responsibility when resolving conflict and using effective communication.
Partners should be from EU programme and Western Balkan countries and each partner will send 3 participants.
If you are interested in being partner on these Training Courses, please send us:
