Live Lab Camp in Warsaw where young content creators build ethical publishing skills and validate micro-venture ideas through real-time content production.
Creatorpreneurs is an Erasmus+ KA152 Youth Exchange built around a “Live Lab Camp” format in the city centre of Warsaw (April 2027, 5 nights/6 days). The project empowers young people who actively create content on social media to combine creative publishing with an entrepreneurship mindset and to turn content ideas into validated, sustainable micro-ventures.
During the camp, participants work in intercultural teams to design a clear publishing identity (name, tone of voice, visual language) and a 6-day content plan. Each day, teams produce and publish content, collect engagement insights, and iterate based on real audience feedback. In parallel, teams develop core entrepreneurial elements (target group, value proposition, basic business model) and run at least three simple validation tests (e.g., survey, live Q&A, landing page/waitlist).
A strong emphasis is placed on responsible and ethical online publishing: copyright and content ownership, permissions for visual/audio assets, personal data & privacy, online safety, and community moderation. The project particularly encourages inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities by creating a supportive, practice-based and international learning environment.
We are looking for partner organisations to support participant recruitment and preparation, contribute to workshops/mentoring (content strategy, storytelling, community engagement, entrepreneurship/validation, online safety), and co-deliver dissemination and follow-up activities.
