CALL FOR PARTNERS
Venue: Berlin, Germany and Ohrid / Struga North Macedonia
Background
Minority young people rarely see themselves as an integral, valued and recognized part of the society. Minorities are among the poorest and the most marginalized people in most countries. When issues of discrimination and identity development are coupled with factors such as fewer educational opportunities, some ethnic minority youth face a dual degree of vulnerability that places them at greater risk for negative outcomes.
The theme of the project promotes the notion that minority youth should become local agents for social changes. The project is designed as a mutual learning situation, where participants can experience and compare different approaches to active participation.
The following youth mobilities are envisaged:
- Storytelling a tool for social inclusion, venue Berlin Germany
- Social video makers, venue Ohrid / Struga N. Macedonia
Partners will have to send 2-3 people in the training.
