VISION:
Our Civil Society Organization aims to demonstrate the long-term social dimension of change by fostering a youth ritual that overcomes the polarization within Türkiye's demographic structure, bringing together young people from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds under a single common denominator, and creating a youth ritual that adapts to the digital and technological age in Türkiye and the global world.
At the same time, by operating in the fields of Culture, Art, and Digital Media, we aim to nurture the personal capacities of young people, provide them with experience in socio-cultural life, utilize the unifying power of cultural and artistic institutions, and enhance their productivity, shaping our backup therapy program.

Furthermore, the development of professional sports branches, the increase in successful athletes in these branches, and supporting women's access to sports to break down global perceptions are also among our fundamental visions.

MISSION:
Our Civil Society Organization's growth objective is to carry out various educational activities for young people. In this context, our goal is to not hinder the efforts of young people to achieve their goals, aspirations, dreams, and participation, and to ensure their survival by enabling them to realize their lives. Through our vision, our simple aim has been to create projects that serve our region and its youth by partnering with various care organizations, institutions, and municipalities. Furthermore, in line with our growth vision, we will continue to participate in various training and course locations, and conduct activities within women's, youth, and children's sports.
