We are Visionary Women’s Association (VIKA), a non-profit based in Istanbul, Turkey, working to empower women and young people through education, entrepreneurship, arts, and civic engagement.

Since 2013, we have successfully implemented 30+ local and international projects, including Erasmus+ KA1 and KA2 youth projects. Our key focus areas include:

Youth participation and creative expression

In addition to being a project partner, we are also ready to act as a reliable sending/supporting organization for KA1 youth mobilities, training courses, and other international or national activities.

With over 300 active young volunteers and a strong network across Turkey, we can:
✔ Select and prepare participants for international mobilities
✔ Engage NEET youth, young women, and university students
✔ Provide local participants for events taking place in Turkey
✔ Ensure quality participation with pre- and post-activity support
